Refund Policy - the basics

Meera’s Meditation & Wellness Centre strives to maintain fairness and transparency in all financial transactions related to our meditation camps, workshops, and online/offline programs. Please note that all payments made toward camp registration, sessions, or special events are considered final and non-refundable. This is because we incur costs related to accommodation, event setup, instructors, and logistical arrangements based on confirmed bookings. However, we understand that unexpected life events can occur. In such cases, if a participant notifies us at least 7 days in advance of a scheduled program, we may offer the option to transfer their booking to a future session (subject to availability and management approval). Rescheduling requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If Meera’s Meditation & Wellness Centre must cancel or postpone an event for any reason (such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or instructor unavailability), participants will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future session. All refund or transfer requests must be sent via email to meeramwc@gmail.com and will be processed within 7–10 business days. We do not process refunds for partially attended programs or last-minute cancellations.
