About Guru Meera ji

A Blessed Journey

Born and raised in Canada, Guru Meera Ji was a spiritual soul with a deep love for nature, music, and the mysteries of the human mind. While studying psychology at York University, she found herself drawn not just to academic knowledge, but to the inner wisdom that arises in silence — the wisdom of the soul. Her journey into meditation began as an inner calling, untouched by external influence, rooted in a divine longing for truth and peace.

At the age of 22, she left her home country and ventured into the sacred mountains of India, where she would eventually find her spiritual home in the serene valleys of Dalhousie and Banikhet, Himachal Pradesh. For many years now, Guru Meera Ji has dedicated herself fully to meditation, self-realization, and guiding others on their spiritual path.

Her teachings are gentle yet profound, embracing all paths, all people, and all walks of life. With a message centered on spiritual awakening, mental stillness, and universal love, she has inspired seekers from around the world — whether through her global travels or through the quiet strength of her presence in the Himalayas. For Guru Meera Ji, true peace is not found in the outside world, but within, through conquering the mind and living in harmony with the soul.
